Lauren is the visionary founder of Fur-Ever Wedding Services, a company born from her lifelong love for animals and her unique ability to see pets as cherished members of the family. Growing up surrounded by stuffed animals and enchanted by woodland creatures, her empathy for animals blossomed early on, paving the way for a career devoted to their care and inclusion in life’s most meaningful moments.

The inspiration for Fur-Ever Wedding Services came serendipitously. After a conversation with a fellow pet care professional, Lauren realized the potential of offering dog chaperone services for weddings. The idea quickly gained traction when two couples reached out within weeks to request her services—without any advertising. It was a lightbulb moment that set her on the path to creating a one-of-a-kind business.

Her journey into the wedding and pet care industries was anything but conventional. Starting with Going Mutts Pet Services in 2019, she built a thriving pet care business from scratch, initially as a way to stay active and pursue her love of the outdoors after a career shift. While weddings weren’t originally on her radar, Lauren saw an opportunity to grow her vision and launched Fur-Ever Wedding Services as a standalone subsidiary in January 2024.

What makes dogs such special additions to weddings, according to Lauren, is their ability to bring love, joy, and even a touch of surprise to the celebration. For many couples, their dog is like family—whether acting as a ring bearer, walking down the aisle, or simply being present, their fur babies make the day even more unforgettable.

Starting the wedding services branch wasn’t without challenges, including navigating the uncertainty of the pandemic shortly after its debut at a tradeshow in early 2020. However, Lauren remained committed to her vision, adapting and growing the business into the trusted service it is today.

For Lauren, the most rewarding part of her work is seeing the relief and joy on a couple’s faces, knowing their beloved dog is cared for and included. From heartfelt moments captured in wedding photos to guests marveling at how unique the service is, these experiences reinforce the impact of her work.

Her mission is to help couples include their furry friends in their wedding day in a way that feels effortless and meaningful. From guiding dogs down the aisle to ensuring they are cared for throughout the celebration, Fur-Ever Wedding Services makes it easy to create cherished memories with every member of the family—two- and four-legged alike.

Hi! I’m Morgan. As the team lead of Fur-ever Wedding Services, I’m thrilled to bring joy and ease to your wedding day by ensuring your fur baby (or fur babies) is well cared for throughout the celebration. Originally from Maryland, I’ve called the Lancaster area home for just over a year now, where I share my life with my wonderful girlfriend and our adorable cats. While I can’t have a dog of my own at the moment, my love for dogs runs deep, and I fully understand how important they are to the family dynamic. At Fur-Ever Wedding Services, our team is committed to making sure your dog’s experience is as special as yours—from the moment they arrive to the final farewell. We focus on all the little details, allowing you to relax celebrate, and enjoy every moment with your loved ones, knowing your pup is in good hands.
